Delivery Policy

Pizza Parts UK Ltd offers delivery within the UK mainland at £9.95+ VAT. Delivery charges for large items (under 300cm combined) are charged at £12.95 + VAT regardless of quantity. Delivery of extra-large items (over 300cm combined) will be calculated on a case by case basis. Pizza Parts UK Ltd will deliver to areas outside the UK mainland (Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, IOM, IOW etc.), delivery to areas outside of UK Mainland are subject to further charges and are dependent on the order weight and dimensions. For further information regarding delivery to these areas please call our sales team who will calculate delivery costs for you and answer any further questions. This also applies to delivery of goods outside of the UK, please contact our team with your order and full delivery address and we will provide you with your shipping cost.

We try to keep full stock of all items on our website and we therefore aim to delivery these items within 1-2 working days if your order is placed before 2pm. If your item is out of stock the lead time can be up to 6 weeks. During the busier periods such as Christmas please allow a few extra days for your items to be delivered as the couriers tend to have a backlog of items, and can’t always deliver within the standard 1-2 working days.

All deliveries will be made between 9.00 and 18.00 to the front door of a ground floor premises. If you require a specialist delivery service (point of use delivery, unpacking, etc.,.) we can provide this for an additional cost.

Returns Policy

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. Pizza Parts UK Ltd. does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications.

Goods supplied to you by special order, that are not listed in our catalogue or website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.

Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Pizza Parts UK Ltd. Returned goods will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. Any refunds necessary will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of goods, and all refunds are at the discretion of Pizza Parts UK Ltd.

Please make sure your item(s) is/are track-able and the parcel is packaged professionally. We will not be held responsible for damaged/lost shipments. If package arrives damaged it will be refused. Parts will be inspected upon receipt.

Customers are responsible for returning goods, ensuring returned goods are suitably packed and obtaining necessary proof of delivery and receipt. Returned goods will be at the cost of the customer unless the goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
